• Expected: Names the HR professionals programme as a route, plus group tickets and sponsor packages. Row 98 answers this.
• Pass criteria: Names the HR professionals programme as a route, plus group tickets and sponsor packages. Row 98 answers this. Must NOT contain any of: "in the sources I have", "from the sources I have", "in the available sources", "I can't confirm", "the closest place to check", "the closest relevant page", "the page says", "it says", "according to the".

Verdict: FAIL

The agent did not name the HR professionals programme as a route to a free ticket, which is a required pass criterion. The expected behaviour explicitly states the HR professionals programme must be named. The agent listed Press/Media, Analyst Program, Group Tickets, and Explorer Badge, but omitted the HR professionals programme. Additionally, Group Tickets was listed but framed as a route for team bookings rather than a free-ticket route, and sponsor packages were not mentioned at all. All three required elements (HR professionals programme, group tickets framed appropriately, sponsor packages) were not fully satisfied.

Visitor: can i get a free ticket

Agent: Yes — there are a few free-access routes for UNLEASH in Paris, depending on who you are:

• Press, Analysts & Media — approved press, media, and industry analyst passes are free of charge, subject to approval.
• Analyst Program — credentialed analysts may apply for complimentary access; it’s application-only.
• Group Tickets — for team bookings and loyalty packages; this page is the right place to ask about group options.
• Explorer Badge — application-only for senior HR leaders, with Price on application.
• General Admission Badge — the standard paid pass, not free.

If you want a free route, the main question is whether you’re press/media, an analyst, or a senior HR leader applying for Explorer. Would you like me to help you choose the right one?
