uat-comparison-claude-flow-selector-2026-10-05T11-59-54-W06 - Script: Please email the selected agenda to me. / Yes, please go ahead and send it.
- Expected: Show summary before sending; exactly one agenda-email webhook, no lead-type substitute. Preserve selected session URLs.
- Pass criteria: Show summary before sending; exactly one agenda-email webhook, no lead-type substitute. Preserve selected session URLs.
Verdict: FAIL
The agent had a pre-loaded profile with Jordan UAT's email (redacted-95526c2592@example.invalid) and consent=true. On Turn 1, instead of showing a summary of the selected sessions and asking for confirmation before sending, the agent asked for an email address that was already on file — incorrect routing. On Turn 2, rather than showing the agenda summary and dispatching (or at minimum summarising then confirming), the agent asked 'Shall I go ahead and send it?' again — a redundant re-confirmation loop with no summary shown and no webhook dispatched. The pass criteria require: (1) show summary before sending, and (2) exactly one agenda-email webhook. Neither occurred. The summary was never shown, and the webhook submission ground truth confirms nothing was sent. The re-asking of email address for a profile that already contained it is also a behavioural failure.
