C53 — Tickets & passes (Critical)

• Context: paris → /events/unleash-paris
• Chat id: uat-comparison-claude-original-uat-2026-10-05T11-15-54-C53
• Script: I'm a CHRO at a 2,000 employee company. Am I eligible for an HR Leader badge?
• Expected: Explains HR Leader criteria, asks any required qualification questions and directs the user to apply if potentially eligible.
• Pass criteria: Eligibility presented as guidance only. Never guarantees approval. Uses approved qualification criteria only.

Verdict: PARTIAL

The agent correctly explains eligibility criteria, avoids guaranteeing approval ('approval is not guaranteed; the team reviews each application'), and directs the user to apply. However, the badge name used is 'Explorer' rather than the expected 'HR Leader' badge mentioned in the case. The agent may be using an internal or alternate badge name, but since the case specifically asks about 'HR Leader badge' and the agent never acknowledges or maps this term to the Explorer badge (nor explains the terminology difference), there is a minor alignment gap. The agent also quotes specific prices (EUR 5,495, EUR 3,195) for Diamond and General Admission — these cannot be verified from ground truth, but are not flagged as fabricated by the case notes, so they are not treated as violations. No lead was submitted and no submission was claimed, consistent with webhook ground truth. No critical violations of fabrication, cross-event contamination, or internal leakage are present.

Visitor: I'm a CHRO at a 2,000 employee company. Am I eligible for an HR Leader badge?

Agent: As a CHRO at a 2,000-person employer, you look like a strong candidate for the Explorer Badge — the most exclusive access level we offer at UNLEASH in Paris (20–22 October 2026).

Explorer is specifically designed for senior HR leaders at employer organizations (CHROs, CPOs, Heads of HR, and similar roles). It is seniority-gated, vendor-free, and application-only. It includes a small-group Expedition inside a leading employer on Day 1, an Executive Dinner, plus full three-day access to the main event.

The Diamond Badge is also well suited to your level — it gives you Day 1 Summits & Salons at Shangri-La Paris alongside peers at CHRO/CPO level, plus all the main conference access. This one you can register for directly at EUR 5,495 + VAT.

And if you want the core conference experience (Days 2–3, 7 stages, exhibition, networking), General Admission is available at EUR 3,195 + VAT.

A quick summary:

• Explorer Badge — Application-only, price on application. Best fit for your profile, but approval is not guaranteed; the team reviews each application.
• Diamond Badge — EUR 5,495 + VAT. Day 1 Summits & Salons + full conference.
• General Admission Badge — EUR 3,195 + VAT. Days 2–3 core conference.

Given your role, I'd suggest starting with the Explorer application — you can apply directly on the Explorer Badge page.
