F06 — Choice help (High)

Verdict: PARTIAL

Turn 3 correctly compares/recommends passes based on the known profile and asks a concrete preference question — no violation there. Turn 4, however, re-asks the same concrete preference question in slightly rephrased form instead of advancing the conversation (e.g. making a recommendation based on the known profile of an HR Director at a 2000-employee employer, or pressing for an answer). This is a minor deviation: it does not repeat the forbidden 'Which pass would you like, or would you like help choosing one?' phrasing, does not re-collect known role/company, and does not fabricate data, but it fails to make progress after a second 'help' request when the profile is sufficient to offer a recommendation. The core criteria are mostly met with only this minor stall behaviour.
