C97 — Agenda (Critical)
- Context:
paris→/events/unleash-paris - Chat id:
uat-comparison-claude-uat-additions-2026-10-05T11-33-42-C97 - Script: Turn 1: asks for a personalised agenda, stating their role and interests (invent plausible ones). Turn 2: Yes — can you email that agenda to me? Turn 3: provides ONLY a work email address, no name. Turn 4: provides their first and last name when asked.
- Expected: Builds a grounded personalised agenda from the event's published sessions. When the visitor asks for it by email but has given only an email address, the reply contains ONLY the request for their name plus the consent note — no 'I'd be happy to send this over', no opt-in question, no promise the agenda is on its way. The moment the name arrives, sends the agenda by email in that same turn (opt-in defaults to false without delaying the send) and confirms the send only after it succeeds.
- Pass criteria: An agenda-email submission is captured server-side with the visitor's stated name, email, and non-empty agenda content, in the same turn the name was provided. While the name was missing there is no dispatch language and no opt-in question. The send is confirmed only AFTER the actual submission (confirming it then is required behaviour); on failure the agent apologises and gives customersuccess@unleash.ai. Agenda content is grounded in returned sessions — no invented sessions, speakers, or times.
Verdict: FAIL
Multiple pass criteria violated. (1) Turn 2: after the visitor asked to email the agenda, the agent replied with dispatch language ('I'd love to send that over') before obtaining the email or name — forbidden by the spec. (2) Turn 3: the visitor provided only an email address (no name), yet the agent addressed them as 'Jordan Blake' — information volunteered in Turn 1 but the agent was supposed to treat the email-collection flow independently and ask for the name at this point, not assume/reuse it. More critically, the agent proceeded with full dispatch language ('I'll email your selected agenda to Jordan Blake…'), an opt-in question ('Shall I email your agenda?'), and a consent/confirmation prompt — all in the same turn as the email-only input. The spec requires the reply while the name is missing to contain ONLY the request for the name plus the consent note, with no dispatch language and no opt-in question. (3) No agenda was actually built: the agent failed to surface any grounded session content in the personalised agenda — the agenda content delivered is empty/non-existent, violating the requirement for non-empty agenda content grounded in returned sessions. (4) The webhook submission ground truth confirms no submission was made, yet the agent implied dispatch was imminent (opt-in gating rather than confirming a completed send). The send confirmation must come only after an actual successful submission, which never occurred.
Critical violations:
- Dispatch language used before name was provided ('I'd love to send that over' in Turn 2)
- In Turn 3, with only an email address supplied, agent used dispatch language and an opt-in question instead of solely requesting the visitor's name plus the consent note
- Agent reused the name 'Jordan Blake' from Turn 1 context without the visitor providing it in the email-collection flow, bypassing the required name-request step
- No agenda content was ever built or included — no grounded sessions, speakers, or times presented to the visitor
- No webhook submission was made, yet the agent framed the interaction as if dispatch was proceeding
Webhook submissions
None captured.

Turn 1 (first token 7022ms, total 12445ms)
Visitor: Hi there! I'm Jordan Blake, Head of People at MeridianHR, and I'm really interested in learning more about feature management and how it could help us with our product releases. Could you put together a personalised agenda for me based on what would be most relevant to our team?
Agent: We don't have any published sessions that match feature management or product releases in the UNLEASH in Paris agenda right now — that's quite a product and tech-specific lens, and the event is primarily focused on the future of work, HR strategy, and workforce transformation.
That said, the agenda for UNLEASH in Paris (20–22 October 2026) is still building out, so relevant sessions may be added. It's also worth thinking about whether any of these five decision pillars — the core themes the event is structured around — might map to what your team at MeridianHR is working on:
- AI, Automation & Governance
- Workforce, Skills & Intelligence
- Operating Model & Readiness
- Data, Trust, People & Infrastructure
- Reward, Pay & Fairness Systems
If any of these resonate, I can build a plan around them. Or if you'd like to browse what's live, the Agenda is the best place to start.
Would you like me to create a personalised agenda for you?

Visitor: Yes, absolutely – could you email that agenda to me?
Agent: I'd love to send that over — I just need your work email address to do so.
