Additionally, the agent asked for the email address in Turn 1 even though the profile already contained redacted-95526c2592@example.invalid, which is inefficient but not a critical violation. The core failures are: (1) the summary was not shown before asking to send (shown only after the confirmation turn), and (2) the agent re-requested confirmation when the visitor had already confirmed, stalling the workflow without submitting the webhook.
