The agent should have used the pre-stored profile to prepare a summary and ask for send confirmation, then dispatch the agenda-email webhook. Instead, the agent ignored the injected profile entirely and asked the visitor for an email address that was already available in context, then repeated the request when the visitor confirmed sending. No summary was shown, no webhook was dispatched, and the agent failed to leverage the session state as required.
