Scope

Current working source based on b2534f60, including 25 current source changes. Same snapshot for both models. Conversation and agenda model: openai/gpt-5.4-mini. Profile extraction, selector, simulator and judge are held fixed. See manifest, model endpoint, reviewed findings.

Original supplied UAT is separate from its additions, regression blocks and latest 13 E2E cases. Repeated cases count as suite occurrences, not unique independent behaviors.

Raw verdicts are preserved. Judge fabrication allegations, stale content assumptions and missing-feature claims require review; a fail label is not automatically a confirmed application defect.

Latency and handoffs

Acceptance turns measured: 666. Visitor first token includes profile extraction: median 3.36s, p90 5.57s. Chat-only first token median 1.20s; profile median 2.10s; profile + full response median 3.49s.

Multiple response chunks: 347 / 666 measured turns. One chunk: 319. Deterministic replies can legitimately have one chunk. Network chunks are evidence of incremental delivery, not one-to-one model tokens. E2E uses a different timer and is excluded from these latency percentiles.

Local captured attempts: 38; accepted by local receiver: 34. Status counts: {"200": 34, "503": 4}. No real inbox or CRM delivery is claimed. HTTP 503 is rejected.

Concurrent localhost testing is not production end-user latency certification. Prior retry/backoff time is not included in the runner’s successful-attempt timings. A single run does not establish statistical significance.
